The Ultimate In Pooch Pampering At Brightons Bone Idol COMPETITION

The Ultimate In Pooch Pampering At Brightons Bone Idol – READER COMPETITION

Here at Bone Idol we absolutely love to be part of the Brighton and Hove community, and plenty of wonderful pets and their parents have come through the doors of our grooming parlour on St James’ Street to be healthy, happy & fabulous.

We also really believe in levelling up our industry, and last year opened a state-of-the-art dog groomer training academy in Hove, guiding the future superstars of dog grooming through their all-important iPET Network qualifications.

So to say thank you for all the support that the people of Brighton and Hove have given us, we would love to offer one lucky winner a fun and educational ‘Groom Your Own Dog’ experience day, worth £300.

This amazing experience is a 121 tuition day at the Bone Idol Academy, in Hove, on Blatchington Road.

We have created this special experience for dogs and their owners wanting to learn to groom their own dog at home.

You will learn the whole process from start to finish.  You can bring your dog to us for the day and learn how to create one specific style you like and gain the skills you need to look after the health of your beloved family member, and work on your own dog’s coat type.

This could save you a lifetime of cost taking your dog to the groomers and will give you a rewarding, positive and enjoyable bonding time with your beloved friend.

This full day at the academy will start with a welcome and introduction presentation.  The day will then go on to include the following key areas:

Studying your dog’s coat type

Checking your dogs health

Discussing correct tools to use on your dog

Tips on handling & correct brushing techniques

Prepping the coat for bathing.

Bathing & Drying

By the end of the day you will have learnt how to groom your dog from start to finish.  And hey, you may even be inspired to start a new career in dog grooming – we can help with that too!

To enter the competition please email with your name, contact number and the answer to the following question.  Closing date 30 March 2022.
