Brighton Toy and Model Museum

Brighton Toy and Model Museum is one of the world’s greatest, located in the artistic city of Brighton on the South Coast. Visit and see the museum’s displays that draw on guest collections and a core collection of over ten thousand items. Staffed mostly by volunteers, you will receive a warm welcome as you visit the museum.

Embark on an immersive visual experience that allows you to see through the eyes of artists and designers responsible for the Golden Age of British and European toy making.

The museum also carries out important restoration, research and digitisation work and operates an online encyclopaedia and image library that is used worldwide.

The building dates to the Victorian era which boasts an old fashioned but exquisite design that puts you back to the Golden Age era.

For entertainment, the museum hosts events all year round, from science festivals for children to train running days for adults, ensuring that there is something for all to enjoy.
