You just need to google ‘biggest female artist’ of all time and Mariah Carey is at the top of that list with more than 200 million albums sold to date and 19 Billboard Hot 100 #1 singles (18 self-penned), more than any solo artist in history.

Through her music and outspoken support, Carey has inspired and empowered countless LGBTQ+ fans across the globe. She is a long-time ally and friend to the LGBTQ+ community who has worked tirelessly to move acceptance and inclusion forward.

Keeping with the ultimate diva theme, the era defying, chart-topping, button-pushing The Pussycat Dolls are also set to whip up the crowds, when they perform together, for the first time in over a decade as part of their UK tour.

The multi-platinum pop sensations returned in February 2020 with their acclaimed new single ‘React’, seeing Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar bring back Doll Domination on a global scale.

It’s such a massive and important event bringing everyone together for one big weekend of acceptance and love, which is what the Pussycat Dolls are all about. We can’t wait to share our show with you all and have the biggest party ever!”

2020 is the 30th anniversary of Brighton & Hove Pride culminating in a weekend of campaigning, celebrating and fundraising for LGBTQ+ and community projects in Brighton & Hove over 1st & 2nd August 2020. Pride is a celebration of how far we have come but it is also an ongoing campaign for those marginalised communities at home and abroad who still suffer persecution on a daily basis. The fundraising events will ensure that we continue to raise vital funds for local LGBTQ+ and community projects.

Brighton & Hove Pride is the UK’s biggest Pride Festival operated by Brighton Pride CIC, a not for profit community organisation. All tickets revenue raised goes directly to the operational and running costs of producing the Pride Festival, Pride LGBTQ+ Community Parade, Pride Village Party and community fundraising.

Brighton Pride has raised over £920,000 for the Rainbow Fund, Pride Cultural Development Fund and Pride Social Impact Fund in the last six years. The Rainbow Fund has a remit to receive donations and to use them to give grants to LGBT and HIV groups and organisations in Brighton and Hove. The Pride Social Impact Fund benefits local good causes giving grants to a range of local groups.
